The current issue of Bon Appetit Magazine has Prosciutto-Wrapped Chicken. I personally prefer Jamon Serrano. What’s commonly available is bacon, and here’s that version.
I may have mentioned in the forums where I post that I practice companion planting, eliminating the need to use pesticides. Nasturtium is one of my favorites to plant with tomatoes. All parts of the plant is edible. Leaves are good substitute for spinach, raw or cooked. Flowers are also great in salads and sandwiches.
